Seth
Founder & CEO
Seth Lady is the founder and CEO of Top Tier Digital, bringing years of marketing and sales expertise to businesses large and small across the region. He is a very familiar face in the industry and has worked with hundreds of local owners and managers. He earned his Marketing degree from Tusculum University, where he also played collegiate baseball. Early in his career, Seth ran a successful local direct mail magazine that integrated digital components—laying the groundwork for his future in digital marketing.
In 2014, Seth recognized the rising influence of digital media and shifted his focus entirely to helping businesses grow online. He went on to work in digital sales at WJHL - News Channel 11 (CBS affiliate), and later served as the Digital Sales Manager at Cumulus Media Group (101.5 WQUT), where he helped transform the company’s digital revenue strategy and what products were sold. While in that position it was more evident than ever that the digital products offered by the larger companies were not what the average local business owner needed .Also there wasn’t a great deal of local knowledge in this space or someone he could trust with a direct line to Google. Most local agencies were outsourcing to foreign countries and states far away with terrible results and no accountability not to mention the customer service experience. It was then he made it his mission to create a company to solve these very common problems.
Today, Seth is proud to lead a Google Premier Partner Agency—an honor reserved for the top 3% of agencies nationwide. He saw a great need for both large and small businesses especially in his region to have an expert in the realm of properly ranking on a Google search. With the FREE Google Audit we are now able to check the homework of the other agencies and companies that manage our local businesses Digital marketing efforts. Also the importance of having expertise behind every Google & Meta ad campaigns. Something large media conglomerates just can’t or don’t want to provide. Co Founder / Lead Account Manager
Morgan Arnold is a Co Founder and the lead account manager at Top Tier Digital. She graduated from Milligan University with a bachelor’s degree and also played collegiate basketball.
She quickly found her passion in digital marketing and helping businesses grow through strategic marketing and relationship-building. She worked in Digital Sales with Cumulus Media Group in Johnson City, where she managed and sold multiple local client accounts. That experience shaped her approach to client service: be proactive, stay involved, and always focus on results. Morgan also loves creating unique social media content.
She prides herself on being approachable, organized, and highly responsive. “I’m not just here to manage accounts, I’m here to partner with you in achieving your goals. Your success is my priority, and I genuinely care about helping your business and giving you a Top Tier experience.”
Morgan is Married to Chase Arnold and the couple just welcomed their first child.
